Sports Turf Services, Inc are a Phoenix based corporation specializing in fine turf equipment for the sports turf industry.
The original Sports Turf Services are a family run company with over 34 years experience in Scotland, during that time becoming the largest distributor throughout Europe for one of the worlds biggest fertilizer companies. In recent years principally focusing on the sports ground contractor section of our business, this has been very beneficial as we are both suppliers and end users so we understand the needs of our customers.
The American company was born through the relationship with Graden Industries. Having had over five years experience with the Graden products in Europe selling to many of the top courses such as St Andrews, Gleneagles, Loch Lomond, the K Club and so on. This exciting opportunity arose for Jock Eddington of Sports Turf Services to bring his experience gained in Europe to develop a similar operation on the West Coast of the United States.
The Graden range of machinery will be our primary focus particularly the new Sand Injection which we were heavily involved in developing with Graden Industries. We will also introduce a few exciting and very innovative pieces of machinery which we hope to launch in 2006.
STS, Inc will cover the Southwest region of the United States directly and will work with a suitable distributor network throughout the Western half of America to ensure we offer a professional and reliable service to our customers. |
